Biography
Swedish-Iranian Ayelle has been songwriting ever since she learned how to write.
Growing up in Sweden and Spain, she continued on to pursue music in London, where she garnered support from the likes of Billboard, Pitchfork, Complex, BBC 1Xtra, Majestic Casual, and Highsnobiety.
Ayelle has since received the PRS Momentum Fund in early 2019 whilst releasing a single every month, performed at SXSW, and signed to Universal Music Publishing US.
The sultry singer is known for her bittersweet, emotive vocals and poignant lyrics. Drawing inspiration from own life experiences, her writing explores a range of topics such as self-worth, power dynamics within relationships and challenging the status quo.
In 2020 Ayelle has also begun writing more for other artists, including singles for IVJay, Whitney Woerz, Orkid and Linae.
